Booking and cancellation terms

Booking and payment. Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. Payment method is open order: we send an invoice or payment link separately.
Venue hire. Free cancellation 60 days before the event. After that we charge 50%, and less than 14 days before the full price. The five-hour hire can be cancelled free of charge 14 days before. The wedding weekend package can be cancelled free of charge 90 days before; after that 50%, and less than 30 days before the full price. The hirer is responsible for any damage to the premises and furnishings. Amplified music is allowed until 01:00.
Accommodation. Free cancellation 7 days before arrival, after that the full price. The whole school can be cancelled free of charge 30 days before; after that 50%, and less than 7 days before the full price. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00.
Rafting. Free cancellation 48 hours before departure; private rafts and the rapids day 7–14 days before. Participants must be able to swim and meet the minimum age (12, family rafting 6). If the water level is above the safety limit or the weather prevents the trip, we cancel and refund in full. The guide's safety instructions must be followed.
Changes. Contact us to move a booking. We reserve the right to changes due to force majeure.
